Our Story

Always Improving Minds (AIM) was founded by Nidhi Reddyreddy, a passionate advocate who recognized the urgent need for comprehensive support and advocacy within the special needs community. What began as a small local initiative has since grown into a nationwide organization with chapters across the United States.

Personally connected to the special needs community through her own family, Nidhi understood firsthand the challenges families face when navigating services, education, and advocacy. She envisioned an organization that would not only provide direct support, but also drive systemic change and foster inclusive communities.

Today, AIM serves thousands of individuals and families through comprehensive programs, policy advocacy, and community-building initiatives. As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain grounded in our motto: TOGETHER, WE AIM HIGHER.
